Georgetown Gold Project

Georgetown Gold Project – Regional Processing Hub (Far North Queensland, Australia)

The Georgetown Gold Project including the Georgetown Goldd Processing Plant is Savannah Goldfields’ flagship gold operation and the cornerstone of its hub‑and‑spoke growth strategy in Far North Queensland. Located approximately 480 km southwest of Cairns, Georgetown hosts a fully operational gold processing facility, multiple Mineral Resources on existing Mining Leases and multiple Exploration Targets.

Project Summary

The Georgetown Gold Project includes the Georgetown Gold Processing Plant (GGPP) — a carbon‑in‑pulp (CIP) facility uniquely positioned as the only operational gold plant within a 400 km radius by road. This strategic advantage underpins Savannah’s regional operations and future growth ambitions.

Production Status

Gold production operations at the GGPP resumed in November 2025. During the current production campaign doré has been poured on approximately a weekly basis , producing both gold and silver.

Mining & Feed Streams

Big Reef Mining

The Company re-established open pit mining at Big Reef in December 2025, extending historic open pits to recover portions of the Inferred Mineral Resource for haulage to the Georgetown Gold Processing Plant.

Agate Creek Ore

Preparations are underway to resume mining at Agate Creek, with an application submitted to amend Environmental Authorities to support the planned expanded mining activity. Mining of Agate Creek Ore for processing at the Georgetown Gold Processing Plant is targeted for Q2 2026.

Exploration Growth Opportunities

• Exploration activity is confined to the far North Queensland dry season at Georgetown and has been continuing alongside gold production:

• Reverse Circulation and diamond drilling has been undertaken at Electric Light in 2025. Metallurgical test work is being undertaken and the Company intends to update the Mineral Resource and undertake further exploration drilling in 2026. .

• Reverse Circulation and diamond drilling has also been undertaken at Red Dam in 2025. The Company intends to update the Mineral Resource and undertake further exploration drilling in 2026.

• Reverse Circulation drilling at Big Reef and Big Reef Extended in 2025 successfully demonstrated gold mineralisation along strike and further exploration drilling is planned during 2026.

Strategic Significance

The Georgetown Gold Project delivers foundational production and regional growth potential:

• Regional Hub: The Georgetown Gold Processing Plant’s strategic location enables it to act as the central processing node for Savannah’s portfolio.

• Gold Production: Recommencement of gold production validates operational execution and cashflow potential.

• Exploration Upside: Multiple Exploration Targets in the Company’s tenements represent growth opportunities.
